Chicago Young American Hockey
Project: Chicago Young American Hockey Arena
Challenge: Client needed to rebrand their existing arena with a new logo and lettering.
Solution: Utilizing our Zund Flatbed digital router, we produced this dimensional sign out of 2” HDU. The background shape was router cut out of 2 sheets of the HDU then glued together and sanded and painted. 3M printed vinyl was then applied. Router cut letters, swishes and hockey puck were then painted and applied to the background shape giving its true dimension. Installation was breeze utilizing Tapcon’s and glue. All screws were hidden behind the final letters that were installed on-site.
Outcome: This 6’x8’ dimensional sign brought life to the entrance of this arena. Players, coaches and parents continually comment on the sign and ask, “Where did you get this?”
